Below are two versions of the same video. Please try the Windows Media Player version first as this is the most common and universally compatible version.

If you are based in the USA please bear in mind that we are based in the UK and you have certain spellings that are different to ours (I do get a few complaints that I can't spell :-)

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you only get sound and do not see the picture initially let it continue to play.
You will see a message "Screencast loading" and the picture will eventually be downloaded
although this can take a few minutes. Once the picture becomes available you can stop the video
and play it from the beginning again to get the picture and sound together from the start.
